Black Swan Arts AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Black Swan Guild - the charity which run Black Swan Arts - will take place on Monday 14th November at 6pm in the Roundtower.
The meeting will be told of the challenges faced this year following the loss of public funding, the actions which had to be taken and the on-going viability of the organisation which has now been achieved.

Upping Project's Success at Frome Carnival 2011
Congratulations and thank you to everyone who contributed to Black Swan Arts' entry into this years Frome Children's Carnival. The shimmering silver swan was proudly paraded in the procession by its costumed creators and won 2 prizes. The Swan came 2nd in its class and won the cup for the best Under 16s Walking Entry. The swan was created by children over the summer during 3 days of free workshops. The workshops were sponsored by Frome Town Council and SPAEDA. The winners of the 2 competitions to guess the name of the swan and the number of crisp packets used will be announced next time.

Frome Story Circle
A new programme of performances and workshops from Frome Story Circle will be launched on Wednesday, September 7.
The first event will be held at the Round Tower, Black Swan Arts Centre, in Bridge Street, Frome from 8pm until 10pm.
Tickets cost £3 on the door with £1 concessions.
